  Personal experience: graduated from the Legal Institute of Jinlin University, master of international law. Passed the national judicial examination in 2005, Mr. Chen is an apprentice lawyer at present and will get the lawyer’s registration certificate in July, 2007. Since employed by our firm in 2004, he has participated in a number of civil lawsuits, arbitration and other non-lawsuit affairs, covering real estate, construction project, mortgage guarantee, house business, international goods trade, purchasing the domestic non-performing loans by the foreign fund.

  Strong points: in domestic legal affairs, good at the lawsuit and non-lawsuit business of contract law and company law; for the foreign legal service, able to draft the contract, Chinese-English and English-Chinese translation, agency for lawsuit and arbitration, able to communicate and negotiate directly with the foreign customers.
